You can enter the patch from the time showed on your ticket and up to an hour afterwards.

We are not fashion experts, but a good pair of wellies is always a good shout! The event is held in the field area and things can get muddy. If we were you, we’d leave your best shoes at home.

We have lots and lots of people come to our patch each year. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend booking dates or offer refunds for incorrect bookings.

Our pumpkin patch is on come rain and shine! There’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing. We will be open whatever the weather so wrap up warm, grab some wellies and pop down to the patch. We have plenty of hot food and drinks on offer as well as undercover areas so you’ll be sure to have a great time.

If you can’t make it and someone else is coming in your place, this is fine but please note that once tickets are booked onsite, they can’t be retrieved again.

We have our main outlet which has disabled toilet facilities and a baby changing area. We also have toilets and a further disabled access toilet at our patch. We also have food and drink for sale at the event.

All our tickets are available online and we don’t hold spare at our ticket office so please make sure you book in advance. We sell out fast so be sure to book in plenty of time!

Absolutely! We love to have our four legged friends visit us.

All we ask is that you please keep your dogs on leads and please pick up after your pooch.

Your tickets will be emailed to you with a QR code. You will need to show this on the day so the team can check you in. For Family Tickets, you will only receive 1 QR code.

Your tickets may go to your junk folder so please check.

Due to the volume of emails being received we cannot answer every email and we only operate during normal office hours. We have no telephone number for the event team directly and we may not answer calls regarding this matter on any other telephone numbers advertised. All contact is strictly by email.

If you are contacting us regarding Bells Pumpkin Patch 2021 please read the following instructions below carefully and we should be able to help most enquires we receive. In all circumstances we are working hard to help and assistant your attendance during this event.

• If you have not received a QR code or your tickets by email, firstly check your junk or spam box as they sometimes go there. If you still cannot find them in your junk or spam please bring your order confirmation email, or your order number, or your paypal receipt when you arrive to the ticket office on your chosen day / time and we will check your details manually on the ticket system.

• If you cannot make the chosen time slot for the day you booked your tickets, don’t worry we can accept you at any time for that day you booked for.
• If your reason for contact us is about a refund, then please note we do not give refunds as when booking we ask you twice to check your booking and we also ask you to agree to the no refund policy.
• In exceptional personal circumstances we can move your ticket date to any of the remaining dates for the Pumpkin Patch. We would ask you kindly to email to changedate@bells.group with full details of the reason why you are looking to change your date. In your email please include your full ticket details including your order number, your name, date and time of booked tickets, the date and time you want to change to. Again, you may only receive an automated reply from this email address. Also please note we will require a printed copy of this email you have sent at the ticket office when you arrive on your new date to match with our records.
