You can enter the patch from the time shown on your ticket and up to an hour afterwards.

We are not fashion experts, but a good pair of wellies is always a good shout! The event is held in the field area and things can get muddy. If we were you, we’d leave your best shoes at home.
-
Can I change what day I come?
We have lots and lots of people come to our patch each year. Please make sure you are choosing your time and date carefully at the point of booking as unfortunately we cannot cancel, refund or move any bookings.

It is bad weather on the day I am coming. Can I change or cancel?
Our pumpkin patch is on come rain and shine! There’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing. We will be open whatever the weather so wrap up warm, grab some wellies and pop down to the patch. We have plenty of hot food and drinks on offer as well as undercover areas so you’ll be sure to have a great time!

If you can’t make it and someone else is coming in your place, this is fine but please note that once tickets are booked onsite, they can’t be retrieved again.

Entry to the Pumpkin Patch does not include any pumpkins. Pumpkins can be purchased on the day and start from £1 each. You can pick your own from one of our two patches, or you can select a pumpkin from our outlet shop area to purchase. -
Do you have any quiet hours?
Yes, we have dedicated ‘Quiet Times’ at the patch on Monday 21st October 2024 and Wednesday 23rd October 2024 from 9am-11am – we will not fire the Pumpkin Cannon between these hours and music will be played on a low volume only. -
Do you serve alcohol at the event?
Yes, you can enjoy alcoholic beverages on each day of the event, apart from Wednesday of the half term. We will not be serving alcohol in our bar that day, soft drinks will still be available. -
Is the site accessible?
We have invested in a great deal of hardstanding ground on our main areas of the event field which has made it easier for prams and wheelchairs to get around. The pumpkin patch itself is in the field, so may be muddy however we have a fully stocked outlet so you aren’t forced to pick your own, the other high traffic muddy area may be the maize maze. There has been some stone added to the event site in 2024 that may be difficult for some levels of wheelchair/scooter to manoeuvre however you are welcome to come and have a look at the ground for yourselves before buying tickets if you so wish - just contact us on events@bells.group and we will arrange a recce visit.
