The time shown on your ticket is your earliest arrival time. Please note that your ticket will not be able to be checked in until the time specified. Please arrive within 1 hour after your ticketed time.
Bell’s Pumpkin patch is an all-weather event, therefore please note that tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another date/time than that purchased.
We strongly recommend sensible footwear, suitable layers of clothing and would strongly suggest something to protect vehicle interiors. We know nobody likes muddy car seats!
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to alternate dates.
Bell’s Pumpkin patch cannot guarantee that all activities will be operating at the specific time of your visit. Factors such as but not limited to windspeed and visibility can affect some activities.
Our event field is open 09.00am – 17.00pm daily but please be aware that our checkout hours are 09.00am – 17.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00-16.00pm Sunday.
Alcoholic beverages – due to licensing, there will be no alcoholic beverages served on Wednesday 27^th October 2021.
Please note that whilst most activities are free of charge, Pumpkins are charged on size and are not included in the price of your ticket(s). Pumpkin carving is £2.50 per child and can be purchased on the day.
In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to Bell’s Pumpkin Patch. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Bell’s Pumpkin Patch.
All children must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) throughout the duration of the event.

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to Bell’s Pumpkin Patch, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the Bell’s Pumpkin Patch premises.

Please note that Bell’s reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser (www.bellspumpkinptch.com). These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Bell’s Pumpkin Patch tickets.

The price of one Bell’s Pumpkin Patch ticket is six pounds. This figure is non-negotiable.

The price of one Bell’s Pumpkin Patch family ticket is six pounds. This figure is non-negotiable. This ticket allows entry for 2 persons aged over 18 on the date of event attendance and 2 persons under the age of 18 on the date of event attendance. Bell’s Pumpkin Patch may ask for proof of age.

Entrance for any person(s) under 2 years of age on the date of event attendance are eligible for free entry. Bell’s Pumpkin Patch may ask for proof of age.

The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the Bell’s Pumpkin Patch tickets, once (s)he/they/them receives it. Bell’s has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that www.bellspumpkinpatch.com is the sole authorised source for purchasing Bell’s Pumpkin Patch tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The Bell’s Pumpkin Patch tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Please note that Bell’s Pumpkin Patch tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

Bell’s has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Bell’s Pumpkin Patch ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Bell’s will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Bell’s Pumpkin Patch starts on the date detailed on your ticket. From that point on, no refund requests will be available.

If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – Bell’s Pumpkin Patch – due to delays, local or national regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

If Bell’s Pumpkin Patch is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, local/national government announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Bell’s will be considered final.

If Bell’s has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

Bell’s is a ‘rain or shine’ event. Therefore, tickets cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credits given.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and may be asked to show a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

Bell’s does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

Bell’s Pumpkin Patch and Bell’s follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at Bell’s Pumpkin Patch and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase Bell’s Pumpkin Patch tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
